Refresh Your Beauty Regime With Isabelle’s Beauty Secrets

Keeping yourself beautiful and happy has never been so easy with these secrets from Sample Store’s Ambassador, Isabelle.

Skincare is a Must

Having a proper skin care regime is essential as your face is your greatest investment! I believe no matter your skin condition or how tired you are, you need to apply your skin care every day and night. Here is my skin care regime for Day and Night in order of first to last.

Day Skin Care Regime:

Cleanse, Tone, Serum, Moisturise (Day Cream), Sunscreen.

Night Skin Care Regime:

Makeup Remover, Cleanse, Tone, Serum, Moisturise (Night Cream).

Don’t forget to exfoliate and apply masks at most 3 times a week and go for monthly facials to keep our skin youthful.

2.Take Your Supplements

If you don’t include enough fruits and vegetables in your daily diet, you may be missing out on some vital vitamins your body needs to keep healthy. Some of the supplements that I take include Multivitamins, Resveratrol and Birds Nest occasionally. Always check the ingredients to make sure you are not allergic to anything on the list and consult your doctor if you are not clear.

3. Go for a Run

Exercise is important for keeping your body fit and my favourite form of exercise is going for a run 3 times a week for at least an hour to get rid of toxins. It also helps me feel pumped up and energised while listening to my favourite songs. Running also helps me sleep better during the night.

4. Drink Plenty of Water

I love drinking tea, coffee and fruit juice but the liquid that I intake most is plain mineral water at least 8 glasses a day. I almost never take any soft drinks. Drinking water quenches my thirst, hydrates, flushes out toxins in my system and keeps my skin happy with less break outs.

5. Don’t Stress

Exercise and skincare helps to keep your body at its best, but it will not work if you keep stressing yourself out! Take a break from your hectic schedule and go for a relaxing vacation or take up Yoga, Zumba, swimming or running to relax your mind and blow off some steam. Push the negative vibes out and surround yourself with the people you love and who love you right back.
