Who doesn't love glowing and radiant skin? I’m a huge fan of skincare products that have brightening efficacies, so I’m excited to try out these featured brightening toners.

Disclaimer: I tried each product for one week each and these are my findings. Unfortunately for any brightening skincare products, results are usually not immediate. Therefore, I’m unable to comment much on the brightening aspect of the product.

FIRST AID BEAUTY Facial Radiance Pads

I’ve heard so much about this brand, this is my first time using its product and I’m excited to try! Toner in a cotton pad format, that’s a first for me. It is really convenient to have your toner in such format, application is definitely fuss-free in this manner. And this is great to bring around for travel. Instead of using 1 pad for a single use which has more than enough product for the entire face, I cut them into half. The formula is really gentle, it didn’t cause any breakouts or any tightness to the skin. My skin felt really clean, smooth and supple. Unfortunately, the product didn’t brighten my skin overnight but I think I’m looking more radiant than before after using this product for 1 week.

ORIGINS GinZing™ Energy-Boosting Treatment Lotion Mist

I’ve never seen a toner like ORIGINS GinZing™ Energy-Boosting Treatment Lotion Mist that comes in a pump bottle, this makes application so much easier and fuss-free. The product comes with a citrus scent that is not too overwhelming, in fact the scent is pretty comforting and invigorating. This is a multipurpose toner mist that I can use it after cleansing to tone my face, after makeup to set my makeup and during midday to refresh my face. I don’t see any brightening results on my skin after using it for 1 week. But this product smoothen and refresh my skin after application. And it doesn’t leave my skin looking oily or shiny.

Overall Rating: 3/5 Stars | Retailing at $42 (150ml)

I’ve high expectations of this toner after knowing that it is the best-selling brightening toner in Sephora. Also, there must be a reason for its hefty price tag. I love how lightweight and gentle the product is, it got absorbed into my skin within seconds upon application and doesn’t leave a sticky after feel. Likewise, it didn’t give instant brightening results, so it works like a regular toner that helps to hydrate and soften my skin. I will be using this toner for a longer period to see if it really brightens my skin.
