For years, she has been practicing on following natural beauty regimen to promote her overall health and beauty.

1. Warm Lemon Water


“My miracle beverage - not only it tastes better than plain water, its also alkalising and healthy. I start my morning with a glass of warm lemon water with a tablespoon of organic extra-virgin olive oil or extra-virgin apple cider vinegar from Bragg on an empty stomach and only after 20 minutes, then I’ll take my breakfast. If you consume your breakfast right after taking the lemon water, your body will not receive the benefits of the lemon water. I’ve been doing this for 5 years and the results are amazing! My skin looks more beautiful and clear as the lemon water helps to flush out the toxins from the body and at the same time, repairing damaged skin cells.”

My diet is almost 99% plant-based and I drink at least 2 litres of filtered water daily for detoxifying. Most of my meals are home-cook using organically produced foods consisting a substantial portion of vegetables, fruits, raw seeds and nuts. I avoid alcohol, caffeine, dairy products, processed, fabricated and refined foods. I also avoid white rice, consuming only healthy grains like brown rice and quinoa. All these food are easily available in the supermarket.”

4. Facial scraping (Gua Sha) and Facial Exercise


“After cleansing my face thoroughly at the end of the day, I’ll proceed my regimen for facial scrapping. First, using natural facial oil, all you have to do is to rub the oil between both palms and press the oil over your face all the way to neck then chest to lock the moisture. Following by facial scraping to fight the gravity that causes aging. This allows me to wake up to soft and plumped skin next day. Every morning, I do facial exercise to build the facial muscle for face lifting and firming.”
