No matter young or old, we all yearn for brighter and more luminous skin.

Without a trip to the doctor or spa, an at-home facial peel can help to remove the outermost layer of dead skin cells, giving our face a smoother and more radiant appearance!

Resurfacing Night Cream for Wrinkles, Dullness, Imperfections and Pores. A cell renewal ‘booster’ for rejuvenated skin, night after night.

Containing a cocktail of 6 different Hydroxy Acids (glycolic, lactic, malic, pyruvic, salicylic, azelaic) to remove the top dead cell layer and boosting cellular renewal, NCTF Chronospheres and Hyaluronic Acid to moisturize and revitalize the skin, Brown Algae and Wheat extract to inhibit melanogenesis and boost radiance, this super product aims to safely peel the skin and combat wrinkles, brown spots and imperfections.

I was most excited to try this product as it was so easy - just apply and go to bed with the promise of smoother skin and a brighter complexion when you wake up. I loved the pleasant smell and how it was quickly absorbed without leaving my skin sticky. For someone who likes the simplest of skincare routines, I liked the fact that I didn’t have to add the extra step of exfoliation to see good results. This is definitely on my list of products-to-use before a special event for a more luminous complexion and smooth skin.

philosophy the micro delivery resurfacing peel

A two-step, in-home revolutionary microdelivery peel that resurfaces and rejuvenates sun-damaged, hyperpigmented and aging skin.

Unlike the peels of the past, this facial peel not only exfoliates but also delivers peptides and vitamin C to the skin as it is being rapidly exfoliated, helping to smoothen and resurface rough skin, minimise the look of fine lines and helps to brighten and even out the skin tone.

Step one involves applying the yellow coloured vitamin c & peptide resurfacing crystals to the face and I love the mild citrusy smell of this product. Step two involves applying the lactic/salicylic acid activating gel where white foam will appear and there may be a warm sensation, after which you are supposed to rinse thoroughly.

I loved the way my skin was so much brighter and smoother right after the facial peel. However, I did have a slight breakout after a few days, which was definitely a negative point but it might have been due to the excess exfoliation.

SKIN INC Pure Revival Peel

Buff, polish and glow – all in one non-abrasive peel. Sloughs away dullness and preps the skin for ultra-absorption for the rest of your skincare regimen and acts like a dynamic primer to create the perfect canvas for your makeup.

Combining high-performance ingredients like AC-11 which is a potent enhancer of DNA repair with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties to help skin recover from damage and stress, and Fullerene which protects skin from environmental stress and reduce blemishes for more youthful and healthier skin, this is a revolutionary, non-abrasive peel that gently sloughs away dead skin cells, revealing bright and renewed skin.

I loved the fact that this product is formulated without scent, parabens, sulfates and phthalates, and suitable even for the most sensitive of skin. Really easy to use, all I had to do was to apply a thin layer of the product, leave for a few seconds until it turned milky, massage then rinse off.

I could immediately feel the softness of my skin and my follow up skincare products like night serum and cream were absorbed really quickly. My skin was definitely more radiant and I actually got quite a few compliments the next day!

Saturday Skin Rub-a-Dub Refining Peel Gel

Start over by gently rubbing dullness away. Natural cellulose lifts impurities from the skin and the aloe extract soothes skin.

This refining peel gel works with natural enzymes (from papaya and bromelain) and powerful peptides by gently rubbing away impurities and soothing the skin at the same time, resulting in more refined, bright and firm skin.

My skin felt pretty smooth and soft after using it and I did not experience any redness or stinging sensation, which was a plus point. Radiance wise, I definitely saw an improvement but felt it wasn’t as impressive as the other facial peels that I had tried before.
